3. When will my Order be dispatched?
  • Same Day Dispatch: For Orders placed Online before cut-off time of 4.00pm IST

  • Next Working Day Dispatch: For Orders placed Online after cut-off time

4. Can I Return products Ordered Online?
  • For terms and conditions of our return policy, please see Section 9 'Cancellations and Returns' in our conditions of sale. It is your responsibility to make sure the items are labelled and transported “freight prepaid” back to our designated warehouse as informed to you.

5. What if the product I want is “Out of Stock”?
  • Products that are “Out of Stock”, cannot not be added to the Shopping Cart as our Online Ordering System works on “Same Day Dispatch Model”. In the event you wish to Order products “Out of Stock” or other products that are not available for online ordering, please mail your Bill of Quantities (BOQ) to enquiry@preetampipes.in to receive a competitive quote and place orders thereafter after being satisfied with the lead time offered in our offline quote.

6.What if I require more quantity of a product than that is Available?
  • Each Product Listed on our website has an “Available Quantity” column. Quantity more than Available Quantity cannot not be added to the Shopping Cart since our Online Ordering System works on “Same Day Dispatch Model”. In the event you wish to Order more than the available quantity of a particular product, we suggest that you first place an order for the available quantity and then mail your Bill of Quantities (BOQ) to enquiry@preetampipes.in and place orders thereafter after being satisfied with the lead time offered in our offline quote.

8. Are Rubber Gaskets supplied Free of Cost with DI Pipe Fittings?
  • No, Rubber Gaskets have to be ordered and paid for separately. However One Rubber Gasket for each working length of DI Pipe is supplied at no extra cost.

9.What kind of packing is done for the products?
  • Products like Ductile Iron Pipes and Pipe Fittings do not require packing and are dispatched Loose. Rubber Gaskets are packed in gunny bags.

10.What if the products dispatched are Lost/Damaged in Transit?
  • All dispatches are insured against Transit Damage in case of collision/accident of the transporting vehicle and also against Theft under an Open Marine Policy. Procedure to lodge a claim will be informed in the event of any such loss. You can request a copy of the T&C of our open marine policy by writing to: ecom@preetampipes.in .

11. Why do I have to pay ‘Freight Extra at Actuals’?
  • The nature of the products offered at our e-commerce website is such that profit margins are limited and therefore it is not commercially viable for us to offer free delivery. Therefore Freight/Door Delivery Charges are extra and will have to be settled by the buyer/consignee while taking delivery of the products.
